26-04-2022 • 29 mins

In the 4th Episode of The Fielder Principle Podcast, Attorney Gary Fielder discusses the process of devolution of the former King George's sovereign powers that took place at the time of the revolution. He shows us how the authority of the crown returned to its source in the people and how the people delegated some of those powers in the restrained formation of the state and federals governments. Finally, Gary Explains how the Magistrate wrongly exercised the power to determine the facts. A power that was never given by the people to the federal government and judiciary but always remained reserved to the people in the capacity of a jury.

This new podcast series sets out to engage with the public on a regular basis in order to educate the American voter about how the Constitution protects the only shared national right of every citizen, to vote for the President and Vice President, and how Dominion Class Action was designed to enforce the Constitution and defend voting rights.
