In this episode, I chat with my work connection turned friend, Noelle Fuller. Noelle runs a herb research operation for the University of Georgia and has a track record of setting ambitious goals and then accomplishing them. I sought her out for the podcast so we could discuss her method for how she attains her goals (an art that can be ever allusive).  Buuutt, her, and I got on a lot of rabbit trails so this unfolded into a two-part episode.
