In this episode of Rockstar Mindset, we’re talking about experiencing freedom from the guilt of enjoying food. I struggled with weight loss for years until I was finally able to lose over 100 pounds and keep the weight off. I tried everything! Every diet, every cleanse, and every shake but nothing worked.

I’m so thankful that I was finally introduced to MLT as it has helped to completely transform my life and one of the things that it has done is free me from the guilt of enjoying food. I love food! Food is very enjoyable and it’s everywhere. Wherever there are people, there will be food! However, I have dealt with great guilt whenever I indulge in certain foods or when I don’t starve myself.

I no longer have that guilt because this product is helping me and my body, do the things that it needs to do. MLT helps control my appetite, extends my fast, and it gives me great energy to move my body. I don’t follow a strict diet; I eat what I want for the most part and I don’t feel guilty about eating a couple of slices of pizza.

I hope that this episode inspires you to free yourself from the guilt attached to food. Enjoy food and don’t hop on trendy diets that never last.
