The topic of eating disorders is one of great importance to me as they have always been apart of my life. Something I was born into as the child of a Mother with Anorexia, and then experiencing over 15 years of my own exhausting struggle with them. Now, I have the honor to work in a professional capacity and help others who are still in that dreadful maze that is an eating disorder. I will always strive to do what I can to offer comfort, support, guidance, and help to anyone who has found themselves in ED's tight grasp. This episode is an effort to do just that and I have a wonderful guest to contribute her professional knowledge and wisdom around addressing and recovering from an ED as well as the impact they can have on our body, mind, and emotions.
