Building the next generation of Extended Warranties: an interview with Extend’s Rohan Shah
The Extended Warranties market is living a golden age, driven by several economic and social trends: its global market value is in excess of $120b, with an expected CAGR between 7% and 8.5% in the next decade. Nevertheless, there is a lot of room for innovation in this market, particularly in the distribution, products, claims and customer experience design.
We spoke with Rohan Shah, Founder and CRO at the unicorn tech company Extend, to discuss the “why” and “how” Extend is innovating in this space by pursuing the vision to become the "Apple Care" for any brand or retailer.
