In this episode, Lyon's Gate President Bob Ferron and Vice-President Mike Adams talk about the recent developments with the unexpected resignation of City Property Management, how their resignation impacts Lyon's Gate, and the plan in the coming weeks to secure a new property management company.
On October 1st, 2020, City Property Management resigned as the property manager for Lyon's Gate, giving the community 30 days to transition to a new management company. In this episode, Bob and Mike review the process that is in place which was voted on and approved by the Board of Directors at the emergency meeting which was held on Wednesday, October 7th, to hire a new management partner for Lyon's Gate.
