Maryam Pugh (she/her/hers) is a printmaker based in Philadelphia. She is the owner and CEO of the social justice apparel brand and screen printing workshop Philadelphia Printworks. She is a board member of Tessera Arts Collective which is a studio, gallery, and non-profit dedicated to supporting women (including queer, trans, femme, and non-binary) artists of color in the Greater Philadelphia area. She is also a Made In The Future mentor, a career-building fellowship for aspiring underrepresented designers. Through her work, she strives to amplify marginalized voices and empower communities of color.
