Abstract Italiano: Passiamo dall'osservazione del mondo esterno all'osservazione di noi stessi, in compagnia di Bonaventura Bevilacqua studente del International School of Self Awareness.
L'osservazione ci consente di orientare l'attenzione verso il mondo esterno. Essa è stata fondamentale per la scienza e ha permesso all'uomo di arrivare sulla luna e di migliorare i mezzi di comunicazione, per citare due esempi.
Tuttavia, abbiamo bisogno anche di un altro tipo di osservazione, soprattutto nella nostra società che dirige la nostra attenzione verso il mondo esterno per farci consumare.
Si tratta dell'osservazione di noi stessi e del nostro mondo interiore, una pratica che può essere raffinata attraverso un allenamento specifico.

Abstract English: We pass from the observation of the outside world to the observation of ourselves, in the company of Bonaventura Bevilacqua student of the International School of Self Awareness.
Observation allows us to direct our attention to the outside world. It has been fundamental to science and has enabled man to get to the moon and to improve the means of communication, to cite two examples.
However, we also need another kind of observation, especially in our society that directs our attention to the outside world to make us consume.
It is the observation of ourselves and our inner world, a practice that can be refined through specific training.
We talk about it with Bonaventura Bevilacqua, entrepreneur and student of the International School of Self Awareness, founded by Patrizio Paoletti.
