Sean Teare was born and raised in Houston, Texas and grew up with activist parents who instilled in him a powerful sense of empathy and justice. After attending St. Thomas High School, he graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's Degree in American History and earned his JD from the Law Center. He served as a prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney's Office for 11 years, 6 of which as the Division Supervisor of the Office's Vehicular Crimes Division. Sean still makes his home in Houston and is running for Harris County District Attorney in 2024.
