In Hebrew the word month means renewal. Drawing from the Hebraic times and seasons, you will understand the parallel of a new moon sighting and how God synchronizes your new year. Just as everyone in the world does not experience sunset at the same time, everyone in the Kingdom does not experience a new season at the same time. It's time to ascend.
