Sage’s work is empowered by a deep passion for people being able to break out of the sometimes cookie cutter personality we are pressured to squash ourselves into, which by sometimes in the squashing process we experience trauma, unhealthy situations, or fracture parts of our soul. Sage offers a range which we chat about, some being modalities psychodrama, gestalt counselling, hypnotherapy.We also talk about journeying into parts of the shadow self & how Sages choice to have a short time of celibacy really strengthened personal sexual & body boundaries which has further created space to claim back being able to vocalise their personal truth.
