In this episode, Audrey and Baggie speak with Audrey Darby about her therapeutic work using horses to help children and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities and autism. Hippotherapy is the use of horse riding as a therapeutic or rehabilitative treatment, especially as a means of improving coordination, balance, and strength and has been incredibly effective for many service users in Childvision. Audrey talks about how she became involved in this form of therapy and what she loves about it.
