In this episode, we chat with Paul Flynn from Crosscare. Paul has been working in social care for nearly 40 years and has a lot of wisdom in the area of youthwork and aftercare. He chats about projects in the 80's and 90's supporting children and young people in inner city Dublin and current non-residential aftercare services for those leaving care. With the belief that aftercare service provision has seen a great improvement over the past decade, Paul offers his insights into gaps in service and what needs to happen for a more equitable service.
