Let's Talk about Intentional Impact
It's easy to complain about things to see what is wrong or not going the way we think they should go from our perspective.
However, maybe our challenge when things aren't going exactly the way that we want them to go is to see them as an opportunity for improvement – for us to contribute to or even lead that improvement.
Other times, it might be an opportunity for us to understand that there may be more ways to do things than the way we might choose, to complete a task, or to move things forward.
When we are faced with the life test to complain or make change it might be best to look for the way we can uniquely contribute to positive change or provide positive impact.
The next time you are faced with an opportunity to complain or make positive change, choose positive change.
Choose making a positive difference. Choose to increase your skill set or apply your skill set so that you can make a difference not only for yourself, but for those around you and for those that may come after you.
