Sometimes people want the reward without the responsibility, they want to have the growth without the growth experience.
The problems, (that can be small, big, complex,) come with experience that prepare us for additional responsibility.
It's the stuff noone wants to go through, that are often the experiences that bring some clarity, focus, goal commitment, courage, and embolden us to strive and to thrive despite the circumstances pressing us to give up or settle.
Reward has to have something to acknowledge, new capabilities, experiences, and milestones.
Experience prepares us to best handle the opportunities in our future.
Keep going, it’s all part of the journey, it takes time.
There is no reward without responsibility, it’s all the “stuff of life” that provides perspective and reveals the true value of the reward.
