As a person in any position, it is important to understand how we influence other’s first impression of us.
It is also important to present ourselves authentically.
It's difficult to completely eliminate or suppress our biases and preferences. However, it may serve us well to be conscious of them ,so that we can base our final impressions and decisions upon truth, facts, and direct interaction.
The next time you are making first impressions, ask yourself if the basis of the impression is objective and if not – try again.
