Miami Dolphins general manager Chris Grier didn't have an easy job this offseason. The franchise entered the overseason nearly $50 million over the salary cap and more than half the roster was set to reach free agency. That said, Grier has navigated the storm with restructures and a roster purge, but there is still work that must be done. The Dolphins have just $10 million in salary cap space until June but the roster could still use work ahead of April's draft.
