- According to a report from CBS News, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) searched the Penn Biden Center offices in November 2022. Adriana Diaz and Arden Farhi write, “federal authorities have recovered between 25 and 30 documents marked classified from the office space and Mr. Biden's Wilmington home. The material includes classified items and other records from Mr. Biden's vice presidential and Senate days. Some documents found at the Penn Biden Center were labeled top secret.” Why didn’t Biden’s White House disclose the FBI search sooner? Where’s the transparency the Biden Administration so frequently promised?
- While speaking with reporters, House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer said he was concerned that Hunter Biden was in close proximity to misplaced classified documents at Joe Biden’s Delaware home.
- On Monday, the Biden Administration announced its plan to end the COVID-19 public-health emergency declaration on May 11th. When asked what was behind his decision, President Biden gave a nonsensical answer saying, “the COVID emergency will end when the Supreme Court ends it.”
