『みなさんのお名前は、ご両親や周りの方々が思いを込めて一生懸命に考えてくださったものだと思います。けれど、それ以上に、音そのものが持つ意味（思念）があり、実は、命名される前にあなたが発した振動を受け取って、名づけ親は、その振動に合致した名前をつけさせられているのです。言葉とは、モノやヒト、現象などにつけられた言い方ですが、名前も自分という人間を特定する言葉です。他の言葉が思念で読み解け、その本質がわかるのであれば、人の名前を読み解けば、その人が生きている使命がわかるでしょう。だから、人の名前を「氏名 ＝使命」と呼ぶのです。』

That's why a person's name in Japanese is referred to as "Shimei = Mission" (Surname = Mission). -
