The GRQOTW69 IS:

Fraser sprays his tee shot right on the 4th hole at Wombat hills and his ball comes to rest in thick grass & bushes.  Fraser decides to take unplayable ball relief - lateral relief is equally bad and he doesn't want to head back 240m to the tee, so he drops back on the line in a clearing in a penalty area - unfortunately once it comes to rest in the relief area, it is unplayable again as it is sitting in an animal hole. Assuming Fraser cannot play the ball from where it now lies, what are all of his options to make his next stroke?
