Breathe… And slow yourself down. Breathe… And just notice your frown.  It may be slight, Or it may be deep. Your face holds, The emotions you keep.  Without any stories,  Without all the pain. Let yourself observe, The darkness in your brain.  Frustrations and complaints, Sadness and anger too.
