On today's show, we start off with a review of Connor Bedard's stellar performance vs. Austria at the 2023 World Junior Hockey Championship and how he's chasing records at this tournament.

Then we take a look at the other three games played on Thursday, namely the matchups between Finland and Latvia, Czechia and Sweden, as well as USA and Switzerland.

To finish off, I got my hands on two of Matvei Michkov's KHL games for HK Sochi, where he was loaned to get some proper ice-time at the top level of pro hockey in Europe, and share my scouting notes on those games.
