Never split the party. First rule of tabletop gaming, that's what they tell you. Well, this episode marks a momentous occasion where we broke that rule, and paid for it. It's tempting to split up when you're in the moment. Call it the Scooby Doo Effect. There's advantages in gaining access to more clues, accomplishing more at once, and everyone has less chance that they'll fade into the background, lonely and forgotten while other characters spring to the forefront of the story.
