Come and study the Sermon on the Mount, perhaps the most beautiful sermon ever spoken in the history of humanity. Today's lesson gives an overview of this beautiful sermon, while the following episodes will study every ayat of this teaching of Hazoor al-Maseeh. When I study this sermon, I am reminded of an ayat of the Qur'an, "Say, 'If the whole of mankind and jinns were to gather together to produce the like of this Qur'an, they could not produce the like thereof, even if they backed up each other with help and support" (Surah al-Isra 17:88).For any of you who doubt whether the Injeel Sharif is a genuine revelation from God or for anyone who doubts that the Injeel Sharif we currently have is this beautiful book, just go and read the Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 5-7. It is a clear answer to the challenge of the Qur'an.In particular, the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7) tears down religious hypocrisy. In fact, I have found that most people today do not like religious people. Why? First, I have found that many religious people are hypocrites. They demand others follow their religion while failing to do so themselves. Second, many religious people are harsh and unloving. In Matthew 23:27, Hazoor al-Maseeh attacked this kind of religious teacher. He said, "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which appear beautiful on the outside, but inside are full of dead men's bones and every impurity." Indeed, this illustration of religious hypocrites reminds me of much religion practice today.People focus on practicing religion to be seen by others. They pray more in public than in private. They want others to know when they have given. In contrast, Hazoor Isa al-Maseeh shows a path of internal transformation in the Sermon on the Mount. The Sermon on the Mount is a description of what it means to "Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand." So come and hear how God wants to transform you and purify you from within through this beautiful teaching.

Today's episode provides an overview of what it means to become a disciple os Hazoor Isa al-Maseeh. Hazoor al-Maseeh desires us to begin our spiritual lives by following eight basic steps:1. Repent (Tauba) and Believe (Iman) - it means that we must turn away from our old lives to follow Hazoor al-Maseeh.2. Baptism (Pak Guzl) - we show our tauba and iman by taking the Pak Guzl to declare our faith in Hazoor Isa al-Maseeh.3. Prayer (Dua) - God loves us and desires us to bring our needs to Him.4. Study the Word (Kalaam) - if we want to grow in our spiritual lives, then we must devote ourselves to prayer and studying the Injeel Shareef.5. Go and Make Disciples (Shagird/Murid) - Allah tala desires that we share with others what He is teaching us.6. Love - followers of Hazoor al-Maseeh are called to love their families, their neighbors, and even their enemies and those who persecute them.7. Gather in a jamaat (church) and take the Lord's Supper (Isa Rabbani) -  followers of Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh should regularly gather in a jamaat of other followers of Hazoor al-Maseeh. During that time, we take a special meal called the Lord's Supper, or Isa Rabbani, to remember the sacrificial death of Hazoor Isa al-Maseeh.8. Give - as God has worked in our lives, He desires us to share His love by living lives of generosity.I hope that you will also follow these steps and walk in the path of Hazoor Isa al-Maseeh!

Today's episode shares the story of the beginning of the public ministry of Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh. He preached, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand" and he healed the sick.In this story, we hear about how His first disciples left their homes to follow Him. Just as they immediately and completely gave up their lives to follow Hazoor Isa al-Maseeh, so should we today. "12 When he heard that Hazrat Yahya (AS) had been arrested, He withdrew into Galilee. 13 He left Nazareth and went to live in Capernaum by the sea, in the region of Zebulun and Naphtali. 14 This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Hazrat Isaiah (AS):15 Land of Zebulun and land of Naphtali,along the road by the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles.16 The people who live in darkness have seen a great light,and for those living in the land of the shadow of death, a light has dawned.  17 From then on Hazoor Isa (AM) began to preach, “Repent, because the kingdom of heaven has come near.”18 As he was walking along the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Hazrat Simon (AS) (who is called Hazrat Peter (AS)), and his brother Hazrat Andrew (AS). They were casting a net into the sea ​— ​for they were fishermen. 19 “Follow me,” he told them, “and I will make you fish for people.” 20 Immediately they left their nets and followed him.21 Going on from there, he saw two other brothers, Hazrat Yakoob (AS) the son of Zebedee, and his brother Hazrat John (AS). They were in a boat with Zebedee their father, preparing their nets, and he called them. 22 Immediately they left the boat and their father and followed him.23 Now Hazoor Isa (AM) began to go all over Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people. 24 Then the news about him spread throughout Syria. So they brought to him all those who were afflicted, those suffering from various diseases and intense pains, the demon-possessed, the epileptics, and the paralytics. And he healed them. 25 Large crowds followed him from Galilee, the Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea, and beyond the Jordan."

Today's episode is about how Hazoor al-Maseeh defeated Iblis before He began His public ministry. This story is told in Matthew 4:1-11. "Then Hazoor Isa (AM) was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by Iblis. After he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. Then the tempter approached him and said, “If you are ibn-e-Allah, tell these stones to become bread.” He answered, “It is written: Man must not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.”` Then Iblis took him to the holy city, had him stand on the pinnacle of the temple, and said to him, “If you are Ibn-e-Allah, throw yourself down. For it is written:     He will give his angels orders concerning you,     and they will support you with their hands     so that you will not strike     your foot against a stone.”  Hazoor Isa (AM) told him, “It is also written: Do not test the Lord your God.”  Again, Iblis took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. 9 And he said to him, “I will give you all these things if you will fall down and worship me.”  Then Hazoor Isa (AM) told him, “Go away, Shaytan! For it is written: Worship the Lord your God, and serve only him.”  Then Iblis left him, and angels came and began to serve him."We also see in this passage that Hazoor al-Maseeh gave the greatest fast. He fasted not merely for thirty days but forty. He fasted not only during the days but at night as well. His fast was guided directly by the Holy Spirit. And the result of this fast was that Hazoor al-Maseeh defeated Shaytan.Come study today about how you can overcome Iblis by following the example of Hazoor al-Maseeh. As Muslims investigate the Injeel Shareef, they often have questions about the Trinity. From their childhood, they have heard their religious leaders teach against the Trinity. The truth is that God is so great and so mighty that we as humans have a difficult time fully understanding Him. God is mighty and we are not. All we can do is receive God's revelation about Himself and believe it. It is not our job to sit as judge over the Word of God! It is our job to receive it and believe it. In the Injeel Shareef, Allah Tala has received three things about Himself:1. There is one God. La alaha illa Allah. The Injeel Shareef clearly testifies that there is One God. 2. God exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. 3. Each of these three persons is fully God. God the Father is fully God. God the Son is fully God. God the Spirit is fully God. Since Allah Tala has revealed these things about Himself in the Trinity, our job is to receive them. If we reject them, we are rejecting the Word of God.

Hazret Yahya (AS) declared that Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh was greater than he was. He declared that Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh is the sacrificial lamb who takes away the sin of the World. In this episode, we continue to study the testimony of Hazrat Yahya (AS) about Hazoor al-Maseeh. Hazrat Yahya (AS) gave the Pakistan Guzl to Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh, at which point the Pak Ruh came upon Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh to empower Him to begin His public ministry. At the point when Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh took the Pan Guzl, the heavens opened and a voice announced from heaven, "This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased."Come study this amazing passage of the Injeel Sharif today!

Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh is so great that Allah tala send another messenger, Hazrat Yahya (AS) before Him to prepare the hearts of the people of God to receive al-Maseeh.Hazret Yahya (AS) accomplished his purpose by proclaiming, "Repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand." Hazrat Yahya (AS) recognized Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh as the King of the Kingdom of Heaven. He knew that each person's responsibility was to repent and give their lives to Him as they saw His greatness. My hope is that you will also do the same today.The story of Hazrat Yahya (AS) is one powerful picture of why the Muslim community needs the Injeel Sharif. The Qur'an only contains ten ayats that mention Hazrat Yahya (AS). However, the Injeel Sharif has over 100 ayats that detail his life. If we love the prophets, then we must do everything we can to understand their lives. In the case of Hazrat Yahya (AS), the Injeel is necessary so that we can do so.Come hear about the life and message off Hazrat Yahya (AS)!

Here are the fifteen ayat from Surah al-Baqarah that I comment on in this podcast. The conclusion is that Surah al-Baqarah consistently testifies that all peoples should study and follow the Injeel Sharif today."And who believe in the Revelation sent to you, and sent before their time, and (in their hearts) have the assurance of the Hereafter. They are on (true) guidance from their Lord, and it is these who will prosper." Surah al-Baqarah 2:4-5"And remember, We gave Moses the Scripture and the Criterion (between right and wrong): there was a chance for you to be guided aright." Surah al-Baqarah 2:53"Those who believe (in the Qur'an), and those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Christians and the Sabians - any who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and work righteousness, shall have their reward with their Lord; on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve." Surah al-Baqarah 2:62"And remember We took your covenant and We raised above you (the towering height) of Mount (Sinai) (saying): 'Hold firmly to what We have given you and bring (ever) to remembrance what is therein: perchance you may fear Allah.'" Surah al-Baqarah 2:63"And there are among them illiterates, who know not the Book, but (see therein their own) desires, and they do nothing but conjecture." Surah al-Baqarah 2:78"Then woe to those who write the Book with their own hands, and then say: 'This is from Allah,' to traffic with it for a miserable price! Woe to them for what their hands do write, and for the gain they make thereby." Surah al-Baqarah 2:79"We gave Moses the Book and followed him up with a succession of Messengers; We gave Jesus the son of Mary clear (Signs) and strengthened him with the holy spirit." Surah al-Baqarah 2:87a"And when there comes to them a Book from Allah, confirming what is with them..." Surah al-Baqarah 2:89a"When it is said to them, 'Believe in what Allah has sent down,' they say, 'We believe in what was sent down to us.'" Surah al-Baqarah 2:91a"None of Our revelations do We abrogate or cause to be forgotten, but We substitute something better or similar: know you not that Allah has power over all things?" Surah al-Baqarah 2:106"Say you: 'We believe in Allah and the revelation given to us, and to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and the Tribes, and that given to Moses and Jesus, and that given to (all) Prophets from their Lord: we make no difference between one and another of them: we submit to Allah." Surah al-Baqarah 2:136."it is righteousness - To believe in Allah and the Last Day, and the Angels, and the Book, and the Messengers." Surah al-Baqarah 2:177b"to Jesus the son of Mary We gave Clear (Signs), and strengthened him with the Holy Spirit." Surah al-Baqarah 2:253b"The Messenger believes in what has been revealed to him from his Lord, as do the men of faith. Each one (of them) believes in Allah, His angels, His books, and His Messengers. 'We make no distinction (they say) between one and another of His Messengers.' And they say, 'We hear, and we obey: (we seek) Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the end of all journeys.'" Surah al-Baqarah 2:285"Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out Clear from Error." Surah al-Baqarah 2:256a

Matthew 2:12-23 tells the story of the evil King Herod seeking to kill Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh about two years after He was born. But God can do all things and He protected Hazoor al-Maseeh from this evil man. However, Herod killed many children in his zeal to kill the Maseeh.Whenever we see tragedy and evil in the world, a question can come into our hearts. If God is all powerful and all loving, how can He permit such things to happen? How could He permit an evil ruler such as Herod to do the evil of killing these children?Here is the answer of the Injeel Sharif. Although God made the world perfect and beautiful, it has been corrupted through our sin. Allah tala plans to come and rid the world of sin, but is patient, waiting until the day of judgement. Each of us has the opportunity to repent now and come close to God through His mercy which He gives in Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh. None of us are worthy of the opportunity that the Almighty has given us to repent, but God in His great mercy has presented us this opportunity.This story of the Injeel Sharif shows two very different responses to Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh. The wise men came from Persia to worship Him and bring Him expensive gifts. In. contrast, King Herod sought to kill the Maseeh. When each of us hears about the greatness of Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh, we are also presented with a choice. Today, what will you do with that choice? Will you walk in the example of the wise men and become a disciple of Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh? Or will you reject Him like King Herod. The choice is yours. Allah hafiz.

About two years after the birth of Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh, wise men came from Persia to announce Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh as the promised king who would be born and who sat on the throne of Hazrat Dawood (AS). This story shows that the Persian people were among the first to accept Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh. Today, many Persians are hearing this amazing story and choosing to follow Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh, just as their forefathers did.When the wise men came from Persia, they came to announce Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh as king, bring Him gifts worthy of a king, and to worship Him.Some Muslim leaders, such as Dr. Zakir Naik have demanded, "Where does Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh say, 'I am God, worship me?'" In this passage, we find the answer to Dr. Naik's question. Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh received worship many times in the Gospel of Matthew. Once Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh stopped a storm, and His disciples worshipped Him (Matthew 14:33). After He rose from the dead, two women worshipped him (Matthew 28:9). Then the closest disciples of Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh worshipped him when they say He had risen from the dead (Matthew 28:17). Indeed, Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh is greater than any prophet!

In our last episode, we discussed the miraculous birth of Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh from Matthew 1:18-25. For some listeners, the question of whether Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh is the Son of Allah will naturally arise from this discussion.There has been an unfortunate misunderstanding between followers of Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh and the Muslim community over the term, "Son of God." The reason is that the Qur'an misunderstands this term by indicating that followers of Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh believe that Allah tala took Hazrat Miryam (PBUH) as His wife and bore a physical son through her. I cannot emphasize enough how wicked and wrong this statement is! How can the Almighty take a wife like us? The creator of heaven and earth has never taken a spouse. Two ayats of the Qu'ran that indicate this misunderstanding are:"And exalted is the Majesty of our Lord: He has taken neither a wife nor a son." (Qur'an Surah al-Jinn 72:3) "How can God have a son when he has no consort?" (Qur'an Sarah al-An'am 6:101a)As you can see, both verses indicate that Allah tala had a physical son through a wife. This teaching is haram and evil!Instead, the Injeel Sharif indicates that Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh is the SPIRITUAL son of Allah. The term "Son of God" is used at least a hundred times in the Injeel Sharif. Therefore, followers of Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh cannot abandon this term, since it is a name given by the Almighty. Here are five such verses: ·      Allah called Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh His Son in Matthew 3:17 b y speaking as a voice from heaven.·      In Matthew 8:29, two demon-possessed men called Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh the Son of God, showing that Shaytan also recognizes that Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh is the Son of God. ·      In Matthew 16:16, the disciples of Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh called Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh the Son of God. ·      In Matthew 26:63-64, Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh called Himself the Son of God.·      In Matthew 27:54, Unbelievers called Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh the Son of God  If all of these testify that Hazrat Isa all-Maseeh is the Son of Allah, then we as followers of Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh must also use that term. Allah tala wants to show us the closeness of Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh with Himself. The term, Son of God, is one more indication of the greatness of Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh.

The Injeel Sharif testifies that Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh had a miraculous birth like no other. Angels came and testified of his coming birth. Prophets prophesied that He would be born of a virgin. Allah tala named Him before His birth. And, of course, He was born of a virgin. The greatness of Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh can be seen in His amazing birth.

Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh was born as the descendant of the great kings of Ban-e-Israel, especially of Hazrat Dawood (PBUH) and Hazrat Suleiman (PBUH). His ancestors included other great prophets, such as Hazrat Ibrahim (PBUH), Hazrat Izhaq (PHUB), and Hazrat Yaqoob (PBUH). The birth of Hazoor al-Maseeh into such a great lineage indicates His greatness. At the same time, there were sinful and broken people included in the genealogy of Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh. In the same way, Allah tala is willing and desiring to include broken people into His family, into His ummah today. If you are broken and far from the Almighty, know that there is hope in the grace and mercy that we can experience in Hazrat Isa al-Maseeh.
