Alannah Jamima Cardinal, a young mother and student from the Whitefish (Goodfish) Lake First Nation, went missing in 2016 and was found dead nine days later. While the RCMP ruled her death a suicide, her family believes she was murdered. The case remains open, and her loved ones are still seeking answers.
