A tale of a round trip flight that was a no good, bad ,terrible, awful experience.

It is also a  tale of celebration. I could have let my emotions take over and made the situation so much worse, and ruined my trip in a number of ways. And yet, I didn't give in at any point. In the losses, I'm taking the win.

There are also cameo appearances by "Susan" and "Dude Karen" (with apologies to those named Karen who didn't ask for this and have every right to speak to a manager).
