Brother Hughes gave each person a pencil today as a physical representation that each of us has a story to write. No one else can write our story; it is up to us. Too many of us allow others to write our story. The pencil to write our story is in our hand, and we must not allow comments on social media or gossip spread by others to shape our life story. God placed each of us in this time, during these circumstances, to write a story that is counter to the culture trying to erase God’s plan. What kind of story are we writing?
