Hey GQPodCrew, Come on in, grab your favorite drink, have a seat, and let's just chat about understanding that red flags are subjective and can change and evolve as we change and evolve.  With that said, we must remain true to ourselves and set those boundaries so that we can ensure we are not creating more uncomfortable space in our relationships by not showing up as our authentic selves.  In this episode, we also discuss giving yourself a minute to breathe between relationships/situationships/entanglements or encounters.  In that space, it is good to reflect on not only our former partner's actions and emotions but ours as well.  This is a good place to check-in and be honest with ourselves. Take inventory of what we liked, loved, appreciated, and could do without, and then take that growth, that positivity (after we have worked through any potential trauma) into our next relationship leaving no baggage to drag in and place upon our next partner. Expecting the next person to carry our baggage is unrealistic and unfair.  Give them the same clean slate chance that you would want to be given.  As always, we are immensely grateful for your listenership and feedback.
