A powerful conversation to bring out your feminine superpower in 2024 and beyond. We are talking about activating your feminine energy. Male or female, everyone has feminine energy but femininity is mostly looked down at and so most of us have discarded our femininity and embraced masculinity. She creates portals of transformation- sacred spaces that act as catalysts in your journey of self-exploration, self-discovery, self-expansions, self-actualization and self-realization. Her larger mission is to reintroduce a sense of safety through recalibrating our nervous system.Karishma will tell us-- what is feminine energy- how femininity got a negative connotation- what we lose out on by not living in our feminine power -  how we can step into our feminine energy- Journaling prompts and affirmations to step into our divine feminineBefore hearing from Karishma, please follow little fixes on your podcast app and share it with someone you care about. What It’s Like to Live with Clinical Depression and How Shinjini Defeated It
Trigger Warning- The episode contains references to depression and other mental health issues. Please use your discretion before listening.Saying that you are depressed might have become increasingly common now but not everyone feeling ‘depressed’ might have clinical depression while many dealing with it might have no idea about what they are going through. But the truth remains that it’s difficult to live with depression and it’ll help everyone if we understand it better. In this episode, I have brought a woman’s story of living with depression, how she found out that she was depressed and how she overcame it. According to the Mayo clinic website- “Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. it affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems. You may have trouble doing normal day-to-day activities, and sometimes you may feel as if life isn't worth living.”I have Shinjini Amitabh Chawla with me who will share her experience with depression, her views on medication, therapy, dealing with a narcissist and more. This conversation will improve your understanding of this medical condition, will provide some helpful tools and you’ll also get an idea about how to help someone going through depression.Shinjini is the founder of Bigger Dreams Co. which is a Bullet journaling supplies company. Like me some of you might know her as The Delhi Bride from her blogging days. Please remember that neither I nor Shinjini is a mental health expert and we are just sharing our experiences in an attempt to help.
