My Guest on this episode is Mark Lestrange who is an author, podcaster and mindset and sports coach from Dublin, Ireland. Mark explains how running allowed him some free time away from all of the trials and tribulations caused by the pandemic over the last 2 years.

He goes on to explain how realising how much running helped his mental health that he decided he wanted to help others get started whatever their reasons, whether for mental health, physical health or a combination of both.

As long as they have the inclination Mark will guide them towards their individual aspirations.
