Minimalism at Work with Chris Lovett

Curious Freedom with Kirsty Farrugia & friends

04-09-2022 • 43 mins

The remarkable Chris Lovett is back! If you don't know who we are talking about don't worry because you are in for a real treat!

Chris is an author, executive & simplicity coach, speaker, career mentor and minimalist. He tells it as it is, with a cracking sense of humour, he has a way of disarming you and getting into your head. We last spoke to Chris in May 2021 only weeks before he launched his first book The Discovery of Less. Since then he's given a TedX talk and is even working on a 2nd book (woo hoo!)

Kirsty had the absolute pleasure of catching up with him recently to find out all about his TedX talk experience and to hear about everything else he has been up to.

If you have a desire to make a greater impact by doing less, especially at work, then you are absolutely going to love this episode!

In this episode Chris;

● Shares what he has been up to since we last caught up with him;

● Tell us all about his TedX talk experience;

● Shares what kind of impact his book The Discovery of Less has had;

● Tells us a bit about his research for his new book into why people like being busy;

● Highlights his thoughts around doing less at work and having more of an impact;

We hope from this conversation we all learn something and put a smile on your face!
