Curious about time management with Fiona
Do you feel like there never seems to be enough hours in your week or even your day? Do you sometimes wonder where all your time goes? This week on the podcast, Kirsty and Fi talk about how they tackle time and give you their tips and strategies on how you can find more time in your day instead of always feeling like you’re running behind. They talk about the power of 5 minutes and why it's so good! And give you some strategies on how you can find more of these small moments in your day. They discuss how our values and what we want to achieve aren't always shown by how we use our time…social media scrolling anyone?? ( Remember, no judgement!)  And how, by asking some simple questions and with a few small changes, we can spend more time doing what we really want!  If Fi can do it, anyone can!  They also talk about some of the tips and tricks we have found helpful to avoid procrastination, especially with housework and other things on the ‘to do list’ each week (including decluttering the space) that don’t always bring joy! Hope you enjoy the conversation and are inspired to curiously explore how you use your time today!
