So many things can bring us comfort and feelings of being safe and warm. They don’t even have to be physical things. Comfort can come in the form of actions, words, but no surprise--the first thought that came to mind around the topic of Comfort for me was...FOOD! In my life, food brings my loved ones together and reminds me of my childhood. Sit back with your favorite blanket, pet, and beverage. Get a little comfortable while you tune in and as you’re listening, think about what brings you comfort? What makes you feel at “home”?
