On this podcast I talk about the importance of gratitude, and how it can lead to success. The guest explains that gratitude is a law of the universe, and that by being grateful for everything in our lives, we can change our future.

The law of gratitude and appreciation is a practice of the law of cause and effect, which states that action and response are forever equal and in opposing directions. This means that everything we place attention and emotional energy on will eventually show up in our lives. Therefore, it is crucial to focus on what we want, not what we don't want, in order to manifest our desired outcome. Gratitude and appreciation are high-frequency, positive vibrations that attract what we want and tie us to the power of the universe.

The law of gratitude states that the more grateful and appreciative we are, the more we will receive what we want in life. This is because gratitude creates a positive energy that attracts more of what we desire. Many people do not realize the power of gratitude and thus do not include it in their goal-setting strategies. However, gratitude is a crucial element in achieving success.

Albert Einstein proposed that the answer to the question Is the world friendly to our wants? is incredibly important. He was requiring us to decide if the universe was configured to make it simple for us or difficult for us. A lot of individuals believe that the universe is configured to make matters hard for them, which leads to competitory thinking and a scarcity mindset.

However, science has evidence that the universe is actually made out of energy, and there is therefore an abundant supply. Once we stop being a victim of circumstances and start to reclaim our great power that we have over our lives, we can begin to see the universe as an abundant source. Not resisting is accepting the mental attitude that whatever is just is, and we don't oppose it. This allows us to be grateful and appreciative for what we have, instead of arguing with reality.

HIGHLIGHTS

We need to be grateful for everything that entails forgiving ourselves, for all the alleged errors and imperfections in our lives. We have to be able to love that individual that we're looking at in the mirror with all the socalled faults.

The final step in forgiving has to do with ourselves. There's no escaping this step, as we can't provide love or support to other people unless we may provide it to ourselves first. We may utilize the law of opposites and understand that there's an advantage, a learning, a present, something in that experience with that individual.

We may discover that gift if we look, but occasionally we have to have some distance from the event to view it distinctly. For this reason, each area of your life where you cannot or will not forgive is an obstruction in the flow of your success.

The sole way to unblock it is to be willing to free the individual or situation with gratitude for what they bestowed on you. Holding on to this kind of resentment. The beginning step in becoming unhampered by debt is to release everybody from debt. To us, this includes the emotional debts we call bitterness.
