ES Ranganathan, while recognizing the potential of green hydrogen advancements, has underscored the challenges associated with its early stages on a global scale. He has stressed that for India to become a significant producer in this sector, it must first establish the necessary infrastructure to facilitate the various intermediate stages of the production process.
