One conversation we definitely need with our body Ft. Nimrat Kaur
I have spent my life learning to have the right conversation with my body, eventually reaching a point where I have now started learning to say right things about and to my body. I got a chance to speak to Nimrat Kaur about the same things who recently underwent a drastic physical transformation for her role in the movie Dasvi that recently released on Netflix . How do you handle self esteem when you gain 15 Kgs but continue to be in the limelight ? What are these conversations that we need to have with our body, to be able to love it but at the same time keep it healthy and fit ? Part 1 of this conversation out now. If you like this conversation and relate to it , please drop me a message wherever and whenever you can, I will really appreciate it as it also motivates me to bring similar conversations like this to the forefront. You can follow:Nimrat Kaur Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nimratofficial/Anshu PatniInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/anshupatni/Twitter: https://twitter.com/anshupatni?lang=en LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/anshu-pat... Producer: Anshu Patni, Aakash Mehta & Indian Storytellershttps://www.instagram.com/anshupatni/ https://www.instagram.com/kuchbhimehta/  https://www.instagram.com/indianstorytellers/Executive Producer: Smitaa Choprra & Karishma ChotaliaGraphics & Artwork: Danish ShaikhSound Mix & Master: Chanchlesh SidarVideo Editor: Umesh SahuYou can reach out to Anshu at: anshu@anshupatni.com
