In the last one year - if there is one thing that has made me really proud of myself, it is my conscious effort towards connecting with my inner voice. This one thing lead me to create through my podcast or sometimes through my words here. This became a journey to heal myself of the things that were no longer needed. It made me realise how all of us need to go back to things that ground us and heal us.

As I embark onto a newer Chapter of the podcast, I want to now focus more on the Inner Self

On things, activities, thoughts that people do to find their inner strength and voice .
