His vision is to use all aspects of technology to constantly improve advisors’ abilities to best serve the needs of their clients in the easiest, most efficient manner possible.Prior to joining Barnum, Stefano was the chief information officer for MassMutual Financial Advisors where he led all aspects of technology, supporting over 80 agencies and over 8,000 advisors across the U.S. During his tenure at MassMutual, he also held a number of senior roles, including leadership on acquisitions, technology transformation efforts, and head of procurement.Stefano has a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and management from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and an undergraduate degree in information technology from the University of Massachusetts.In addition to a full agenda at work, Stefano has a full house, including his wife, their four children, three dogs, one cat, and some highly productive chickens.
