She received her bachelor's and master's law degrees from Peking University and taught law in a top law school in China for a few years before she came to the U.S. She obtained her law degree in the University of Chicago Law School and has since practiced law in the U.S. and China for nearly 27 years. Aihong started as a corporate associate and worked with two prominent U.S. law firms in Chicago, Hong Kong and Shanghai. She has extensive experience in M&A, venture capital, private equity investments, and technology transactions. She represented U.S. companies such as GE, Warner Brothers, etc. to negotiate some complex and high-profile deals in China. During her in-house career with ADP, Aihong added corporate governance and antibribery compliance to her practice portfolio. When CDK was spun off from ADP to become an independent public company in 2014, Aihong volunteered to become the first privacy lawyer in the company. She has enjoyed the fun as well as the challenges of being a privacy and data security lawyer in the past 10 years.  Aihong has been a speaker at privacy and cybersecurity events, including the ACC Annual Meeting and the Women, Influence & Power in Law Conference in 2023. She will speak again next month at the ACC Cybersecurity Summit in Los Angeles.

During this time, Éva was actively involved in contract negotiation, lease agreements, and the development of the company's trademark portfolio. Drawing from an impressive educational background, Éva holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Pázmány Péter University, Faculty of Law, and a Master's degree in Information Technology Law (LLM) from the University of Pécs. Gibson is an accomplished attorney, business executive, and entrepreneur in the sports and entertainment industries. Don has represented entertainers, athletes, and companies in business and legal matters, and spent more than 20 years in senior leadership positions with major sports organizations. He was an attorney in the Office of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball, then became Vice President and General Counsel, and Senior VP and Acting President of MLB Properties. Following his tenure with MLB, Don served as the Chief Executive of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, where he was responsible for all day-to-day administration of the institution, including management of the $103 million new Hall of Fame Riverfront development project. Don is currently President and CEO of Kavi Sports, a consulting firm that provides strategic planning, licensing, intellectual property management and development, and business development services to clients. Don is also a Professor of Practice at Arizona State University, Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, where he teaches courses in sports law and business. He has been twice elected by the students as Faculty of the Year, most recently in 2023. Don holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Bucknell University, and a Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law where he was a member and Chief Comments Editor of the Law Review.
