We're joined by Christine Dixon, an educational therapist, and IFS Trainer.Christine starts by defining internal boundaries and how they can be used to create a self-led plan for achieving our goals. She explains how internal boundaries can help us listen to our inner parts and be more aware of what's happening inside us instead of reacting automatically when something happens.Christine talks about the importance of noticing our triggers and realizing that the self never gets triggered. When you’re triggered it’s always a part of us.Christine also shares her insights on the fact that different parts of us may hate each other and how we can try to get rid of our judgmental parts by noticing if our part is judgmental if it's judging another part of ourselves or someone else.Christine shares her top tips on building habits to check in on your parts regularly. But, as Martin Luther King says, you can’t drive out hate with hate, only love can do that. Or you can't drive out darkness with darkness. Only light can do that.”Christine DixonWebsite: theordinarysacred.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/the_ordinary_sacred/FB: https://www.facebook.com/theordinarysacredPatreon (to join Christine’s weekly IFS Support Group): https://www.patreon.com/theordinarysacred Claudia Williams Hiply Linktree - Linktr.ee/HiplyWebsite: https://www.claudiawilliamscoaching.com/https://www.facebook.com/ClaudiaWilliamsCoaching/https://www.instagram.com/hiplylol/https://www.facebook.com/hiplylol/If you'd like to be on the podcast either as a guest to practice Hiply and to get a little coaching from Claudia or as an expert, please email us at: hiplylol@gmail.com Making a difference, one Hiply moment at a time. She describes herself as a wounded healer leading other wounded healers into the house of Love so we can heal the world".   After experiencing the healing of life-long physical and emotional wounds, Christine naturally began to share this "good news" with anyone who would listen. She now finds great joy and purpose as an IFS educator and group facilitator. Christine  shares her experiences and expertise as well as walk us through a book review of "No Bad Parts," a self-help book by Dr. Schwartz, the founder of IFS.The secret to health and happiness is learning to respect, comprehend, and love every individual who makes up our internal family. People who have near death experiences say they have this sense of being unconditionally loved. You cannot get it wrong. There's nothing to fear. That definitely describes the inner peace Self, the IP Self.“When we really focus on healing ourselves on the inside and creating inner peace and a harmonized system inside of us, it naturally flows to the outside.”“Every part wants to be seen and heard, they want to know that they are not alone, that they are valued and listened to. ResourcesNo Bad Parts by Dr. Richard Schwartz Christine DixonWebsite: theordinarysacred.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/the_ordinary_sacred/FB: https://www.facebook.com/theordinarysacredPatreon (to join Christine’s weekly IFS Support Group): https://www.patreon.com/theordinarysacred Claudia Williams Hiply Linktree - Linktr.ee/HiplyWebsite: https://www.claudiawilliamscoaching.com/https://www.facebook.com/ClaudiaWilliamsCoaching/https://www.instagram.com/hiplylol/https://www.facebook.com/hiplylol/If you'd like to be on the podcast either as a guest to practice Hiply and to get a little coaching from Claudia or as an expert, please email us at: hiplylol@gmail.com Making a difference, one Hiply moment at a time. 6. Hiply Language with Lauren
Hiply Language of Love With LaurenTeaching loving language to children is an important aspect of parenting and nurturing their emotional growth. It involves expressing love and affection in words and actions and showing them how to do the same towards others. Children learn from what they see and experience, so parents must lead by example and show them how to express love in various ways. This can include verbal affirmations, physical affection, and acts of kindness. For instance, telling a child "I love you" or hugging them and kissing can help them understand that they are loved and valued. In addition to expressing love, teaching children how to receive love and affection is essential. This includes learning how to express gratitude and appreciation and how to accept compliments and positive feedback. In this episode, we are joined by Lauren Hidalgo, a designer, life coach, and yoga teacher, to talk about how we can teach the language of love to our kids. Don’t miss a thing on this. We might be wounded, we might have pain or unmet needs, but nobody is broken even if they are behaving tarry.”“Happiness is an inside job. 4. Self Hiply with Zoe
Self Hiply With ZoeSelf-love is an important aspect of mental and emotional well-being. It involves caring for and valuing oneself and is a necessary foundation for healthy relationships with others. However, many people struggle with an inner critic that constantly undermines their self-worth and confidence. Dealing with this inner critic requires acknowledging its existence, understanding where it came from, and learning to challenge and replace negative self-talk with more compassionate and affirming thoughts. With practice, it is possible to cultivate self-love and silence the inner critic, leading to a greater sense of self-acceptance and self-worth. In this episode, we are joined by Zoe Binnie, a life coach in England who also works as a Manager in an international airline. Zoe and I talk about self hiply. How to talk positively to yourself and deal with the inner critic. So, find out what that part needs.”“There is nothing wrong with having an inner critic. It is a human condition, so we all have it.”“Learning a new language takes time. It takes years and years of practice to get fluent.”“Speak to yourself as lovingly as you speak to the person you love the most in the world.”Making a difference, one Hiply moment at a time. Episodes will be released twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.Connect with us:Zoe BinnieInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/zbinniehttps://www.instagram.com/coaching_with_zoe/ Claudia Williams Hiply Linktree - Linktr.ee/HiplyWebsite: https://www.claudiawilliamscoaching.com/https://www.facebook.com/ClaudiaWilliamsCoaching/https://www.instagram.com/hiplylol/https://www.facebook.com/hiplylol/If you'd like to be on the podcast either as a guest to practice Hiply and to get a little coaching from Claudia or as an expert, please email us at: hiplylol@gmail.com Making a difference, one Hiply moment at a time. 3. Hiply Truths with Brenda
Hiply Truths With Brenda NelsonPeace and love are fundamental values for human flourishing and happiness. They are also values deeply ingrained in many religions, spiritual traditions, and philosophical systems throughout history. At the heart of these traditions is the belief that we are all connected and meant to live in harmony with one another and the world around us. This belief stems from the idea that we are all part of a greater whole, and that our well-being is interconnected with the well-being of others.Living in peace and love requires understanding, compassion, and forgiveness. It means resolving conflicts peacefully and treating others with kindness and respect. In this episode, we are joined by Brenda Lee Nelson, a Lightworker Spiritual Teacher, Wayfinder, and Life Design Coach specializing in helping people access the life of their dreams. Brenda and I talk about what Hiply speakers believe to be true in making the world more peaceful and loving. Listen with curiosity and hiply with the only intention of reducing the other person’s suffering[24:49] Loving speech[29:01] Tips for living hiplyNotable quotes:“If you can bring yourself to calm, the people around you will also be calm.”“When we allow our feelings to be okay, we can dig down and find out the true feeling.”“If you are going for something and it’s not working out, it’s not you. It’s the process.“There is no good or bad. There are only opportunities.”“It is possible to feel and engage with our anger more healthily and compassionately.”Brenda Lee NelsonWebsite: https://www.brendaleenelson.com/ Claudia Williams Hiply Linktree - Linktr.ee/HiplyWebsite: https://www.claudiawilliamscoaching.com/https://www.facebook.com/ClaudiaWilliamsCoaching/https://www.instagram.com/hiplylol/https://www.facebook.com/hiplylol/If you'd like to be on the podcast either as a guest to practice Hiply and to get a little coaching from Claudia or as an expert, please email us at: hiplylol@gmail.com Making a difference, one Hiply moment at a time. 2. Hiply Meditation with Donna

2. Hiply Meditation with Donna
The Importance of Meditation: Interview with Donna PoulidisHiply Meditations and Visualizations are a great way to soothe and regulate your nervous system and feel at peace. The fact that meditation generates changes in our awareness is what makes it so effective. Many people identify too strongly with their thoughts and feelings, which prolongs them and makes them seem larger than life. For days, we can suffer from certain ideas or emotions; stress, worry, and sadness are just a few of the issues resulting from such pervasive thoughts and strong emotions. It's critical to understand that our thoughts and feelings are not who we are, and we should understand that we are merely the conduits through which they flow when we regularly meditate.Although we are the awareness that experiences things, we are not required to identify with them. We start to feel more powerful than our ideas and feelings, and we regain control. We learn how to step back and achieve inner calm when things are tough.Today's guest on the podcast is Donna, a life coach and multi-passionate businesswoman who specializes in teaching visionary businesses and the visualization and meditation attitude. In her daily life experiences, Donna will discuss how meditation has helped her maintain a cool, controlled attitude.Notable QuotesUsing my voice through meditation, which is one of the healing aspects that I've used to overcome depression and suicidal tendencies and eating disorders, and all the multitude of things that I went through in my life, including the loss of my husband to cancer at a young age, all of that was healed by self-work.When we shower ourselves with the gift of attention, love as attention, and be mindful of what we're feeling at any moment, I'm a huge proponent of that, which was a huge part of my healing process. What if, in a Hiply way, we can all be seen, heard, understood, and connected instead of being so polarizing? This is good; that is bad.Hiply could be like the foundation of the connection between people. So yes, there may be a sort of polarized way of thinking, and at the same time, there's a foundation that connects us all.For me, one of the greatest healing mechanisms that I use is sharing. So when I share my upset or my pain in a non-violent way, in a connected way, where I'm speaking from, how I'm feeling, when I get this out of my system, that's my way to regulate. One of my first conversations with my partner was that crying for me is like washing my face; it's cleansing. Let me cry; let it come through; I will heal faster. We're changing the world one energy at a time. So if we shift our internal state, we can resonate that out. We're so inundated by these social media sources that we lose contact with our internal intuition or guidance. To bring back that calm, I highly suggest people just turn off their phones Claudia Williams Hiply Linktree - Linktr.ee/HiplyWebsite: https://www.claudiawilliamscoaching.com/https://www.facebook.com/ClaudiaWilliamsCoaching/https://www.instagram.com/hiplylol/https://www.facebook.com/hiplylol/If you'd like to be on the podcast either as a guest to practice Hiply and to get a little coaching from Claudia or as an expert, please email us at: hiplylol@gmail.com Making a difference, one Hiply moment at a time. Hiply Practice with DevinToday we welcome our first guest to the Hiply Podcast: Devin Scott. Devin and Claudia practice speaking Hiply and working through a tarry situation. Devin receives Hiply coaching and realized the value of positive self talk, self forgiveness and affirmationsTime Stamps[00:00:45] Introduction to today’s guest: Devin Scott, and what he would like to talk about[00:03:00] Deep breath practice and kind-self talk[00:10:11] Forgiveness statements[00:13:21] Devin’s biggest takeaway from today’s sessionNotable QuotesIf I think about the higher-self Devin and listening to that part of me, and what you talked about, Hiply being about listening to all of it and letting it go because it wants to be heard, and maybe that part of me just wants to be heard and wants to go.Doing it this way and just listening to me, it almost feels like a kid or like a person that's not having their needs met and listening to my higher self makes me want to say, “I'm going to listen to you, and I'm going to work on meeting your needs in this.”The big thing I've taken away from this is that instead of getting frustrated about those feelings, use them as a motivator or a reminder that it's all here to help me.I forgive myself for believing I made a mistake, and I forgive myself for not listening properly to the way I was feeling.Making a difference, one Hiply moment at a time. Episodes will be released twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.ResourcesWebsite: https://www.claudiawilliamscoaching.com/LinkedIn: LinkedInFacebook: FacebookHiply Linktree - Linktr.ee/HiplyIf you'd like to be on the podcast to practice Hiply and to get a little coaching from Claudia, please apply via email at: hiplylol@gmail.com  Claudia Williams Hiply Linktree - Linktr.ee/HiplyWebsite: https://www.claudiawilliamscoaching.com/https://www.facebook.com/ClaudiaWilliamsCoaching/https://www.instagram.com/hiplylol/https://www.facebook.com/hiplylol/If you'd like to be on the podcast either as a guest to practice Hiply and to get a little coaching from Claudia or as an expert, please email us at: hiplylol@gmail.com Making a difference, one Hiply moment at a time.
