Today we're joined by Christine Dixon, Education therapist, and IFS Trainer. She describes herself as a wounded healer leading other wounded healers into the house of Love so we can heal the world". After experiencing the healing of life-long physical and emotional wounds, Christine naturally began to share this "good news" with anyone who would listen. She now finds great joy and purpose as an IFS educator and group facilitator. Christine shares her experiences and expertise as well as walk us through a book review of "No Bad Parts," a self-help book by Dr. Schwartz, the founder of IFS.
