Am I, Faithful?
Our study of 1 John takes us through chapter 2 and into chapter 3 this week. John writes about everything from the antichrist to the love of Jesus. He shares with his readers that if they live out their faith it is more than possible that the world will come to hate them. Have you ever wondered why this is still true? He continues to remind them of how we can know that we belong to the truth. An assurance that people of faith can and should have today as well. John’s words were challenging and inspiring to his readers in the 1st century. Through the Spirit of God, his words continue to challenge and inspire us today.
