20 20 20 Rule - Billionaire's morning routine - kutty concept - Tamil motivational
20 20 20 rule - 5 AM club - kutty concept - Yeppudi Tamil - Roy Naveen - Motivational Set your alarm for an hour earlier and, if you use the time with clear purpose, you will completely change the trajectory of your life. That claim is the basis of the 20-20-20 morning routine developed by leadership expert Robin Sharma, who suggests we all start our day with 20 minutes of movement, 20 minutes of reflection and 20 minutes of learning. "The way you start your day powerfully shapes how productively you live it," Spend your first 20 minutes in intense exercise – sweating releases BDNF, a brain chemical that actually grows neural connections. Working out also releases dopamine (the neurotransmitter of motivation) and serotonin, which makes you feel happy." The next 20 mins goes to contemplation. "Review your annual plan and reflect deeply on your quarterly goals," Sharma suggests. "Clarity precedes mastery and this practice will deepen your focus through the day." The final 20 minutes is for growing and learning, whether that be reading or listening to podcasts.
