Steelers wins at 8.5, Batko on off-season outlook, Mullsy Madness update

The Steelers win total is set at 8.5 going into next season. That has them tied with the Ravens for worst in the AFC North. Is it a fair number? At this moment do you think they are over or under? Chris thinks they are right around that number. Donny said the Steelers will win 10 games.

Steelers insider Brian Batko from the PG joined the show.Brian gave his viewpoint on the Steelers off-season so far and the focus the Steelers have put on the offensive line. He highlighted Isaac Seumalo as a key starter and Nate Herbig as a top backup. Brian threw around a couple names the Steelers could look at on the safety market. Brian referenced Ray Fittipaldo’s mock draft, which had the Steelers taking Darnell Wright out of Tennessee at 17th overall. Brian talked about the possibility of receiver in the 1st round – he doesn’t think it’s very likely, but said he wouldn’t be shocked. Brian said it’s hard to pick the Steelers to finish under .500 next season because they have had multiple years where it should have happened and it didn’t.
