Chris Doelger is a well respected attorney in the legal community. Prior to the establishment of his own firm, Mr. Doelger had spent eight years as a senior associate at another law firm. While at his prior firm, Mr. Doelger was responsible for conducting and overseeing a majority of his prior firm’s personal injury litigation matters, which included managing the firm’s litigation and pre-litigation cases; conducting witness depositions; arbitrating and mediating cases as an alternative to trial; conducting New York State Supreme Court and District Court bench and jury trials; arguing for and against appeals in the Second Judicial Department Appellate Division; negotiating settlements; arguing hearings, oral arguments, and applications in open court; drafting motions, oppositions, pleadings, responses, submissions, settlement packages, etc.; and training new attorneys and office staff.
