The girls begin the show by discussing the recent death of Queen Elizabeth II. Lisa then shares the recipe for the Queen's favorite dessert and its simplicity.  With only four bakers left, the signature bake is discussed throuroughly.  This semifinal week contains one of the longest technical assignments to date, so the girls talk about the demeanor of the bakers as Kim Joy nearly gives up over chocolate mousse.  Three types of patisserie in the showstopper is exciting, but stressful.
