When we are new to meditation and spiritual practice, we are often not aware that much of our life is simply a bunch of made-up stories that we tell ourselves - and they are mostly inherited thoughts!

They don't even belong to us.

Awakening is the journey of recognising that these are just stories in our minds and that we can be free of them whenever we choose!

The conversation then evolves into an exploration of why it is that we all long to be liked.
