Sarasvati Hewitt and the Art & Science of Yin Yoga

Sarasvati Hewitt and the Art & Science of Yin Yoga
I remember the first time I saw a sign for Yin Yoga at a studio I was going to in downtown Portland. I peaked in one day, and saw what looked like a bunch of people super relaxed and blissed out. Needless to say, I was utterly freaked, and vowed never, ever, ever to go to Yin. For those unfamiliar with Yin Yoga, it’s a style of yoga–as I’ve learned from our guest today, yoga instructor Sarasvati Hewitt–that derived from the martial arts, adapted by Paul Greely and others in the US, and which draws on yoga postures that, essentially, you stay in for 3-5 minutes and sometimes much longer, really leaning into the stretch, and the silence.I wouldn’t have been able to stay in one posture for so long at the time, and I certainly couldn’t imagine making myself comfortable. I was all in for Ashtanga Yoga, Crossfit, Mountain Biking–and any sport I could go hard and never stop. The more pain, the better.I was not alone in this view….And I was not ready until I had to learn to get comfortable with slow discomfort, for truly being present with myself and taking care of myself. Until, I was ready.Yoga teacher  Sarasvati Hewitt. was also initially aghast at a practice of slow, very intentional, very present, very slow–did I say slow–yoga. But she was equally intrigued by the science that supported this ancient-meets-modern-world practice. And it turns out, according to Sarasvati’s intense studies into the neuroscience of yin, this yoga practice, treats sleep disorders, mental health conditions, addiction and general human-ness. In this conversation, we explore the science and the art of yin, how Sarasvati stumbled into this fascinating world of ancient art and modern science, how she is dedicated to teaching this style–and more importantly, how this practice can work for everyone.Find Out More about Sarasvati Hewitt and her upcoming Yin Yoga Teacher training, classes, and retreat in Salyulita Mexico:https://www.sarasvatihewitt.comhttps://www.instagram.com/sarasvatihewitt/https://www.facebook.com/sarasvatihewittyogaSomatic Coaching and Transformational Breathwork with Melissa–Book a free, no-strings attached call to find out how embodied coaching and breathwork can help you uncover your worth, discover who and where you want to be, and catapult you into your purpose:Book a Free 20 Minute Call with Melissa

The Last Lighthouse Keeper on Lunan Bay | A very Scottish, very awesome conversation with author & somatics coach Dr. Paul Taylor-Pitt
Dr Paul Taylor Pitt, or Paul, as he insists being called, despite the many letters behind his name is an incredible teacher. He balances a genuine  self-deprecation with grounded confidence and curiosity and a spirit of collective experimentation. It’s pretty fucking awesome. No wonder he’s a successful organizational development & somatic coach,  having been recognized with awards such as HR Most Influential Thinkers 2022 from HR Magazine OD Network's 2023 Global Award for Organizational Excellence and Impact. Awarded to Do OD, among a long list of awards throughout his career. But it wasn’t until one fateful day at the gym that he really found his calling—somatics. And he’s pursued a somatic/ embodied approach to his OD and personal coaching, and to say this has enriched his experience as well as his clients is an understatement.Add to that his LGBTQ advocacy—including authoring a gay Scottish folk story—a first, and with a happily ever after ending, along with his podcasting and organizational development and coaching at Metamorphosish and you start to get the picture of this renaissance of a man.In this conversation, we cover a lot. From defining exactly what embodied coaching is, how it differs from conventional conversational coaching, what its benefits are, how Paul was drawn to somatic coaching, and of course some conversation about the state of affairs with LGBTQI A+ community,  Scottish folklore and Barbie. So settle in, get cozy with a cup of tea—and feel like you are a part of this conversation, listening intently from a side chair. It’s the perfect way to relax and enjoy a fascinating conversation that’s sure to leave you wanting more. More about Paul:Insta: https://www.instagram.com/drpaultaylorpitt/Website: https://sites.google.com/taylor-pitt.org/meta/home/Book: The Last Lighthouse Keeper on Lunan BayFind out more about Melissa and The Fully Mindful:Somatic Coaching and Transformational Breathwork with Melissa–Book a free, no-strings attached call to find out how embodied coaching and breathwork can help you uncover your worth, discover who and where you want to be, and catapult you into your purpose:Book a Free 20 Minute Call with Melissa

To Live and (Almost) Die in One Day | A Conversation with Adrian Jones on Finding Himself and His Purpose
Life gets super clear when you’re about to die. And it was no different for Adrian Jones who was having a “widow-maker” heart attack. As he lay there on the hospital table for emergency surgery, three things became really clear: 1) He didn’t want his wife to fly home a widow, 2) He didn’t get to tell his kids he loved them yet that day, and 3) He was going to walk out of the damn hospital. And that was just the beginning. Seriously. This story! It’s like the Universe just lined everything up for Adrian Jones. And it did. After walking out of the very hospital he was born in on his very birthday, he left with the clarity of mind that only those who have cheated death do. He had to find his birth parents. And then the Universe obliged in the most beautiful, even haunting way. And you just need to listen to this episode to know what I mean.We talk about learning to listen to our bodies, the power of friendship and community, the synchronicity of the Universe, the beauty of family. What’s not to love here in this episode?Find out more about Adrian Jones here:Adrian Jones is a financial services veteran and the host of the Profound Awesomeness podcast.  Having survived a widow maker heart attack in the fall of 2016, he has set out to share his story with the goal of helping and inspiring others.  Through writing, speaking and podcasting, Adrian hopes to shine a light on what makes us human and explore what it means to survive and come out the other side living with more meaning, intent and purpose.  Ultimately, Adrian seeks to understand what makes us human in a way that lifts people up and leaves them changed.https://profoundawesomeness.com/https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/profound-awesomeness/id1568956808https://open.spotify.com/show/42UDRxSUrSbePpty4746oiFind out more about Melissa and The Fully Mindful:Somatic Coaching with Melissa–Book a free, no-strings attached call to find out how embodied coaching and breathwork can help you uncover your worth, discover who and where you want to be, and catapult you into your purpose:Book a Free 20 Minute Call with Melissa
Balancing Our Collective Nervous Systems | A Conversation with Trauma Specialist Dr. Jenny King

Balancing Our Collective Nervous Systems | A Conversation with Trauma Specialist Dr. Jenny King
Dr Jenny King , Co-Director at the Center on Trauma and Adversity Associate. Professor at Case Western University, neurobiologically-informed doctor of social worker, therapist consultant, and author and I sit down for an intimate conversation on trauma and somatics, breathwork, and more. As a trauma specialist deeply interested and trained in the neurosequential model of therapeutics (NMT) developed by Dr. Bruce Perry as well as traumatic stress in the breath, Dr. Jenny King has developed techniques that work for her clients, and for herself. She’s a big believer in amassing easy, accessible tools we can use daily to bring our nervous systems in balance. As we discuss more fully in this interview, there is no magic practice that works ALL the time for ALL the people. What works for you one day might not be as effective as the next. After all, she explains, we are a complex person, full of all that brought us to this moment, which is also unique. Dr. Jenny and I also explore how we collectively, but uniquely (weird, right?!) experienced the trauma of the COVID-19 pandemic trauma, and how, frankly, it’s not over. While there’s been a cultural push to bury our heads in the sand and not look at how this affected us—whether because loved ones became ill or died, or because our way of life so radically changed then and now. As humans, we are widely adaptable which is amazing, but sometimes we adapt to hide from difficult emotions. And, collectively, we’ve done a pretty damn good job of that. But we are experiencing the consequences of that collective head in the sand. Dr. Jenny and I explore what we can do to move from this collective malaise to health using those easily accessible tools that work so well—the breath, movement, being vulnerable and sharing our truth with others we trust and love. We get curious about where we are, and really see it and experience so we can learn from it and move on, growing all the while.I know you’ll love this conversation with Dr. Jenny King, and you’ll want to know more.Find out more about Dr. Jenny King:Web: https://drjennyking.comInsta: @drjennykingFacebook: @drjennykingFind out more about Melissa and The Fully Mindful:Coaching with Melissa–Book a free, no-strings attached call to find out how embodied coaching and breathwork can help you uncover your worth, discover who and where you want to be, and catapult you into your purpose:Book a Free 20 Minute Call with Melissa
Breath is Vital, Easy, and the Key to Living Happy and Healthy | A Conversation with YogaBody Founder & Breathwork Leader Lucas Rockwood

Breath is Vital, Easy, and the Key to Living Happy and Healthy | A Conversation with YogaBody Founder & Breathwork Leader Lucas Rockwood
Lucas Rockwood wasn’t always an international yoga and breathwork and yoga entrepreneur, author and leader doing Ted Talks, and speaking at Yoga Alliance, Meta, and Noom. Like many of us, pain ended up being the great persuader. Like me, and like some of the listeners here, he overused substances as a way to cope. In a way, they were his solution—until they no longer worked, and instead, turned on him. That’s when Lucas Rockwood found yoga. He describes himself as a little lost,  physically inflexible, but with a thirst for knowledge. He wanted to know everything about yoga and perhaps more importantly, about the one thing we all do every day that is integral to life—breath. But none of his yoga instructors at the time could really say much about breathing—other than that we should all be doing it, especially in yoga.Such began his lifelong pursuit of the mystery and magic and more importantly, the science of breath and the body. In this short-form interview, we cover a lot of ground: how simple breathing exercises can change our lives, decrease stress, improve sleep, and make us whole and healthy. Listen in as one of the world’s leaders in yoga and breath—and entrepreneurship—got his start, why breathwork is so important to us all, and why and how we all can do this and lead happier, healthier lives.Find out more about Lucas Rockwood here:Founder / YOGABODY®Watch his TEDx on BreathingListen to His Podcast on iTunesHis Book: Yoga Business MasteryEmail lucas@yogabody.comYouTube 251K subscribersFind out more about Melissa and The Fully Mindful:Coaching with Melissa–Book a free, no-strings attached call to find out how embodied coaching and breathwork can help you uncover your worth, discover who and where you want to be, and catapult you into your purpose:Book a Free 20 Minute Call with Melissa
Kristen Swinehart | A Modern Psychic Medium

Kristen Swinehart | A Modern Psychic Medium
It’s not often that you have a lawyer becoming anything other than, well, a lawyer. Often, people think lawyers are boring, or at the very least, a buzzkill. Or they might be a little afraid of them. I know I was–until I became one. But even more surprising to a fellow lawyer is when a lawyer gets out of the business, does something else. Stops the billable hour madness, if that’s the kind of lawyer they were. Usually they become real estate agents, or CEOs or sometimes Executive Directors of non-profits. So, I was pretty surprised to learn about Kristen Swinehart, former corporate lawyer, turned psychic medium! And her story is truly engaging. While she’s always had a different relationship with death than many do, it wasn’t until much later she started to feel that maybe, just maybe, she could commune with “the other side.” And for those of you who might be skeptical. Stay open. Kristen is no crystal-ball reader. Instead, she’s engaging, and has nothing to hide, instead talking about what she feels, and how she knows, and what she knows, openly and honestly. And communing with the other side can really help people like us still on this plane of existence. We might need some closure. We might need to grieve. We might need some reassurance. Indeed, Kristen talks about how some readings can be unexpected, tragic, and moving, And others, well, they can be fun and engaging. So, sit tight, keep an open mind. Find out just how a corporate lawyer becomes a modern psychic medium, and get inspired by why she does this, and how she helps people by acting as the antennae and translator for loved ones on the other side.Find out more about Kristen Swinehart:https://kristenswinehart.comAnd for listens of The Fully Mindful, Kristen will do a group reading for $19.99 so you can get a taste of what to expect and how mediumship works. From Vulnerability to Strength | A Conversation with Kim Gross
I am always surprised–though I dont’ know why–when I am as inspired as I am but “regular” people. They do incredible things. And I find them even more inspiring when they have lived through pain, and transformed that pain into something great. That’s our guest today, Kim Gross. While Kim is an inspirational life coach and a motivational speaker on a path of personal and spiritual growth, that was not always her path. For a long time, like so many of us, she believed that she was not good enough, so she started creating masks to cover who she really was. Her masks included performing, perfecting and pleasing. This turned quickly into anxiety, depression and even autoimmune disease.Fortunately, she began to study from wisdom teachers, both past and present, and from her experience, she not only healed herself, but also developed  the 5-Step Power Pathway, a process that helps others to feel more empowered, more freedom and joy. And so rest assured, friends, we dive DEEP into the 5 step process, and discuss how it can remove the masks, help us overcome imposterism, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. A Blueprint for Change | A Conversation for Overcoming Burnout and Living Alcohol Free with Certified Burnout & Alcohol Coach Wendy McCallum

A Blueprint for Change | A Conversation for Overcoming Burnout and Living Alcohol Free with Certified Burnout & Alcohol Coach Wendy McCallum
Burnout sucks, no matter how you slice it. And the pandemic arguably made burnout its own pandemic as we tried to do it all—work from home, teach our kids at home, all the while living with uncertainty and stress. Some of us managed pandemic burnout—-and burnout in general—with behavior that actually exacerbates burnout, anxiety and depression. We drank more, we smoked more, we ate more. We certainly stressed more. And this became pretty much the norm, tunneling a heck of a stressed out neuropathway. But women had been doing this already, even prior to the pandemic. Trying to be the best mother, or best at our career, the best spouse, the best community member—and we put unrealistic expectations on ourselves all the while as we try to do it all. Wendy McCallum knows this story all too well. She’s experienced 2 significant burnouts and knows what it is to try to treat burnout symptoms with alcohol. As a Burnout and Alcohol Coach & Wellness Expert who works with busy professional women, many in midlife, she also knows a lot about hormones and how hormones affect women in midlife and the impact that burnout—and overuse of alcohol—has on women’s hormonal and emotional health. In this talk, she offers the science of burnout, alcohol use, and midlife hormones. More importantly, she offers gentle but directed wisdom around what we can do to prevent and treat burnout and live a happy, fulfilled life.Listen in for an insightful discussion, with practical steps you can take right now to prevent and treat burnout. Find out more about Wendy McCallum:You can find out more about Wendy at www.wendymccallum.com Follow her on Instagram at @beatburnoutandbooze Find out more about Melissa and The Fully Mindful:Coaching with Melissa–Book a free, no-strings attached call to find out how embodied coaching can help you uncover your worth, discover who and where you want to be, and catapult you into your purpose:Book a Free 20 Minute Call with Melissa Check Out the Fully Mindful Website, with Prior Episodes of TFM, including free mindfulness practices

Awaken to Your True Self | A Conversation with Author Andrew Daniel on Getting Unstuck and Breaking Through to the Life You Are Meant to Live
Author Andrew Daniel didn’t always have it together. In fact, like so many of us, he lept from one self-help practice to another, searching for the answer that would solve it all. It was a lot of work, this searching. And even though he learned a tremendous amount and was even quite successful including developing products used by Fortune 100 companies, and much of what he learned was helpful, at least for a time, he still ended up in the same old spot–stuck. His questions, though, did not go unanswered. And he’s developed an extraordinary path for getting us all unstuck--or, as he calls it in his manual for living, Awaken to Your True Self–the “stucky story.” This stucky story is precisely what keeps us in the same place, and keeps us buying the illusion, feeling like imposters in our our own lives and careers, and may be responsible for perpetuating perfectionism and addictive behaviors. In this conversation, we dive deep into Daniel’s philosophy, including how spirituality impacts our journey to get unstuck, how we need to stop “fixing” everything and instead start realizing fully that we are not broken, and are meant to live a full and integrated life. We talk about solutions, practical steps we can take, and the work we can do to live a meaningful, purposeful life.We also talk about the groundbreaking work he’s doing at the Center for Cinesomatic Development, where he leads Cinesomatics, the healing technology he developed, which uses video and somatics to do deep work, integrating embodiment, spirituality, shadow work, symbols, archetypes, and trauma therapy.Grab your cup of coffee or tea. You are going to want to listen deeply to this fascinating conversation with a leader in personal healing, who knows this work, has done this work, and is dedicated wholly to the work of healing the self.More about Andrew Daniel:Author of Awaken to Your True SelfDirector at Center for Cinesomatic DevelopmentAdvisor at Alan Watts OrganizationFind Andrew at https://andrewdaniel.org/awaken-to-your-true-self/Find out more about Melissa and The Fully Mindful:Coaching with Melissa–Book a free, no-strings attached call to find out how embodied coaching can help you uncover your worth, discover who and where you want to be, and catapult you into your purpose:Book a Free 20 Minute Call with Melissa Check Out the Fully Mindful Website, with Prior Episodes of TFM, including free mindfulness practices
The Message in the Middle | From Messy to Self-Actualized, with Marianne Demello-Smith

The Message in the Middle | From Messy to Self-Actualized, with Marianne Demello-Smith
From corporate America to self-development innovator, Marianne Demello-Smith is creator of the Message in the Middle Podcast & BookClub, a place to explore life’s difficult lessons through interviews, self-development, book clubs, self-empowerment and discovery. As our guest, Marianne has observed, life is messy. It darts this way, and that. And we don’t have a lot of quiet time for reflection. Sometimes we lose sight of ourselves as we move through life, pushing toward the next goal, whether that’s career, family, both. We push and push and just do the next right thingThe Talking Heads pointed this out a couple decades ago, “You may find yourself in another part of the world, you may find yourself behind the wheel of a large automobile. you may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful wife, and you may ask yourself, well, how did I get here?”And like so many of us, that’s what happened with Marianne  Demello-Smith. But instead of spiraling down the drain, Marianne took the time for quiet reflection, and then moved forward, step by intentional step, into the life she envisioned in that quiet reflection. As a society, we too are at an inflection point, where we can decide where we want to go, as individuals and as a society. It’s a scary and exciting place to be all at once.Marianne and I talk about this, and how all of us were forced into a quiet reflection during the pandemic. And even though this looked really different for some, and was not terribly quiet at all for some of us, it was a moment of disruption, of forced change that made us all look at ourselves. Why am I here? How did I get here? Where do I want to go? Where is there meaning? We talk about balance. We talk about setting intentions, and having an intentional life. Of giving that gift to ourselves. And getting validation from ourselves, and not just relying on the external. How we find courage. How we get over ourselves, our egos, and move beyond perfectionism. And how we are all in this big messy life together.Lean into this intimate conversation for some identification and some inspiration.More about Marianne:Check out Marianne’s website for Message in the Middle where you can access her podcast by the same name and her awesome virtual book club. Find out more about Melissa and The Fully Mindful:Coaching with Melissa–Book a free, no-strings attached call to find out how embodied coaching can help you uncover your worth, discover who and where you want to be, and catapult you into your purpose:Book a Free 20 Minute Call with Melissa Check Out the Fully Mindful Website, with Prior Episodes of TFM, including free mindfulness practices

Inspire, Create, & Manifest | A Conversation with Joe Longo, Humble Creator and Renaissance Man
Today’s guest, Joe Longo, is a sort of renaissance man. From football player to photographer to IT professional, to oracle card pulling coach and yoga teacher,  although he might not admit it, Joe’s wisdom about life has been there since childhood. At the age of 5, when he was really scared, as only we get as children, he heard the words, “Joe, you don't have anything to be afraid of,” as if they were being said in the very room. Asking his mother about it, he wondered if these were words of God. Indeed, his mother assured him, they were. And he’s been living his personal and professional life trusting just that. And it’s paid off. Though who knew—certainly not him—at the beginning of the pandemic, when his pivot to life coach began. In mid-March, 2020, when the world pretty much shut down, to survive, to keep his sanity, he began pulling oracle cards (what I call nice Tarot cards) every day on Instagram. His words and insight began to take on a life of their own, inspiring thousands—literally thousands—around the world. And the added benefit? He felt connected—and so did his followers.Since then, he’s been on a journey to inspire others to find their path, whether through coaching, meet-ups, retreats, kundalini yoga or on his podcast, Daily Shot of Inspiration.Step into this intimate conversation about following the winding road of and to your dreams, trusting yourself and the universe. You might just get whisked away by the intoxicating allure of Joe, happy and conscious content creator.Find out more about Joe:Joe will be part of a FREE 11-day online retreat: ReWilding Virtual Retreat. People can register using this link https://rewilding.thewildones.community/a/2147509791/e4dLzvz6And this link has free goodies and ways that people can work with Joe: https://stan.store/Joe_LongoWebsite https://www.inspirecreatemanifest.comPodcast https://www.inspirecreatemanifest.com/podcastInstagram @inspirecreatemanifestTiktok @joe_longoLinkedIn @JoeLongoPhotographyFind out more about Melissa and The Fully Mindful:Coaching with Melissa–Book a free, no-strings attached call to find out how embodied coaching can help you uncover your worth, discover who and where you want to be, and catapult you into your purpose:Book a Free 20 Minute Call with Melissa Check Out the Fully Mindful Website, with Prior Episodes of TFM, including free mindfulness practices

The Power of Awe: Microdose Mindfulness in Less than a Minute a Day to Transform Your Life | An Interview with Author Dr. Michael Amster
Have you ever wanted to meditate but thought you could not quiet your mind or just can’t find the time, or maybe you have tried and it just hasn’t “worked?” You’ve been frustrated because  you understand that science has proven the physical and emotional benefits of mindfulness, but you just can’t get over this hump or plateau.Today’s guest, Dr. Michael Amster, has the solution–and it takes less than a minute a day. With this practice, the practice of accessing awe (as in wonder), Dr. Amster and his colleague, Jake Eagle, found an easy, and remarkably simple, scientifically-proven practice to overcome burnout and anxiety, ease chronic pain, find clarity and purpose–and a sense of calm and acceptance with what is, all the while savoring what is–in less than a minute a day. They call it The Power of Awe, which handily, and helpfully, was recently published and available as a remarkably accessible book, with science, observations, history, and practices. When Dr. Amster is not blazing the trail for new mindfulness practices and conducting scientific studies that back their effectiveness, he’s a pain management specialist, leads meditation practices, and engages in the power of awe every day.In this interview, we dig deep into the Power of Awe, its benefits, and how you just might tap into what is arguably the most powerful tool we can tap not only to ease this daily practice of being human, but to learn to experience life as it truly is, full of wonder.Find out more about Dr. Michael Amster, his colleague Jake Eagle,  & The Power of AweWebsite with Book & Practices: https://thepowerofawe.com/book/LinkedIn: Michael Amster MD - Principal Investigator Awe Research ... - LinkedInLinkedIn: Jake Eagle on LinkedIn: Introduction to The Power of AweInsta: https://www.instagram.com/thepowerofawebook/Facebook:https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100088073915335TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@thepowerofaweEmail: michael@michaelamstermd.comFind out more about Melissa and The Fully Mindful:Coaching with Melissa–Book a free, no-strings attached call to find out how embodied coaching can help you uncover your worth, discover who and where you want to be, and catapult you into your purpose:Book a Free 20 Minute Call with Melissa Check Out the Fully Mindful Website, with Prior Episodes of TFM, including free mindfulness practices
Self-love is a superpower: How to be body-positive and take charge of health in teens and adults with Dr. Karla Lester

Self-love is a superpower: How to be body-positive and take charge of health in teens and adults with Dr. Karla Lester
Usually, we don't think of love or self-compassion when we think of the actions needed to have a healthy body. If you're anything like me, you think of pulling yourself up by the boot-straps, or hunkering down, or really "following the rules." Turns out, that's part of our culture too. And this toxic sort of thinking has seeped  into how our teens see themselves too. So-called "almond moms" (and dads) think they're helping their teens be healthy (aka attaining "thin privilege") when the real culprits are shame and often a health condition called insulin resistence. In comes Dr. Karla Lester, board certified pediatrician and life coach and founder of IME Community, who is working tirelessly to teach kids--and their parents-- to love themselves as they are and also take empowering action to improve their health.Dr. Karla and I talk about how she found her purpose in teaching self-love and healthy habits, and we delve into everything from "thin privilege" and toxic media messages to body positivity and the science around insulin resistance, and living a healthy lifestyle--physically and emotionally.  You’ll want to listen to this episode, about how Dr. Karla  has her own lived experience with weight, and being a human, making mistakes , developing her own self compassion and working to help others do the same. It’s a message of humanity, a hard look at media and our own complicity in the childhood obesity epidemic. And an educational look at weight gain, insulin resistance, and shame—and mostly, it’s a message of hope.Find out more about Dr. Karla Lester:https://imecommunity.comIME Podcast: https://omny.fm/shows/ime-community/ask-dr-karla-q-a-how-can-i-help-my-overweight-teenFree IME Resources: https://imecommunity.com/free-stuff/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ime_community/Tik Tok: https://www.tiktok.com/@imecommunity?lang=enYou Tube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiVdmdBQkFvKSVWyD9QVX1wAnd find out more about Melissa and The Fully Mindful:https://www.thefullymindful.comBook a free, no-strings 20 minute call with Melissa:Click here for Melissa's Calendly link--- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/melissa060/support
