The Real Reason So Many People Struggle To Lose Weight
Most of us are making a big mistake and don’t even realize it. We struggle to lose weight or struggle to keep it off. We keep sabotaging ourselves and can’t control what we eat. It feels like food controls us, rather than us controlling it. Then . . .We try to get as motivated and positive as possible and start another strict diet or weight loss program that doesn’t take into account the underlying stuff at all. We just keep treating the symptoms and keep running from the root cause. It makes weight loss feel impossible. It makes losing weight seem SO hard and so emotional. And we hate dieting and we can’t stand how we look.
