In this first episode of 2023, I share a channeled message from my soul + guides: a personal  message I recieved upon waking with inflammation in my left eye. Seeking clarity about this, I asked questions of my soul and recieved the following message.

Before the channel, I explain my guides and how I channel. After I share the written message conversation, I curiously explore the message, which sparks energy to move. I am brutally honest about my struggles, weaknesses as a mother: overwhelm, hypersensitivity, playing the victim, numbing on my phone. I am sharing this all today with hope that it will show the multidimesionality of the human experience, the complexities we hold, and the truth we have access to-- should we remember to ask.

My guides talk a lot about hope. "Have Hope," they say. We'll look at that word-- and the deeper  etomological meanings, too.
